Under the supervision of Kellie KintzMy approach to treating OCD is based on building a collaborative relationship. I want you to feel like you can trust me. Trust, understanding, and empathy are my core treatment values. Outside of work, I enjoy painting, making jewelry, practicing calligraphy, and dabbling in photography. I have frequent board game nights with my family and husband. I also enjoy playing video games and going to the park for picnics.

Seeking mental health help doesn't have to be scary. I want you to feel safe at all times.
I became a therapist to help others who have struggled to overcome barriers to being the best version of themselves. I love to support others in a way that enables them to grow and change so they may live a fulfilling life.
I live with OCD. So do several of my loved ones. Having personal experience with OCD means I can better empathize with my clients and their struggles. I want to support others so they know they're not alone on this journey.
Substance abuse, anger management, behavior modification, chronic health conditions, recidivism, crisis de-escalation, and competency restoration. I want each individual to enjoy their life and focus on thriving rather than surviving. Changes may not happen overnight, and that's OK. There's not always a perfect timeline for improving mental health. But with consistency and commitment, success is just around the corner.
I promise I'll support you and always be open to your feedback, concerns, and questions about the process. Seeking mental health help doesn't have to be scary. I want you to feel safe at all times.
I will never judge you for your thoughts, concerns, or questions.
