Things can get better. You don't have to know what that looks like before you pursue getting better. Let's figure out what recovery looks like for you together. I want every member to have a unique treatment experience that results in the same outcome — feeling better and living life the way they want. My therapy sessions are fun and friendly. I really care about my members and enjoy seeing them find relief and learn new things. In addition to OCD, I specialize in body-focused repetitive behaviors (BFRBs), LGBTQ issues, neurodivergence, and trauma-informed treatment.

Why our members love working with Nikki
A.M.
Offers a lot of info on how OCD works and how it is treated to me and my husband without it becoming reassurance. Her sense of humor helps OCD not feel so heavy. Very supportive, non-judgemental, and knowledgeable therapist. Also has been helpful with using ERP to deal with panic attacks.

Nikki is really good at being professional and compassionate. She is good at redirecting and being firm when its needed, moving along when I get caught but also being intuitive in slowing down and being sensitive to the moments that are really hard. She definitely tailors to the individual and being a few months into meeting with her, I feel like coming to therapy is less scary as we go. I feel challenged and heard. Excellent.
A.G.
Nikki pushes you hard. I’m pretty sure she is officially the therapist of ambiguity. Really appreciate her.
M.H.
Nikki is great. Comforting. I felt like we could trust her and that she was very competent.

Nikki is really kind and compassionate. Even if I feel uncomfortable - she makes me feel safe. Which makes me feel okay doing exposures.
