My therapist is amazing 🤩

I got some tangible, practical tips from my session today. We decided that I’m not in a good environment to start ERP right now, but I’m somehow able to see this as a success in and of itself. We assessed my close relationships and found that my partner needs some therapy to address panic attacks too before it’s a good time for me to start ERP. I hope someone else out there finds this helpful too.

Meghan is an awesome therapist. She’s relatable and easy to get along with even when she is having me do things that give me anxiety haha.

I was nervous, but it went away once we got started!

My therapist was very easy to talk to. She was friendly, relatable, and I liked her explanation for why she chose OCD specific therapy as a career path.
