My approach to treating OCD is ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention), which helps people with OCD face their fears and find effective coping solutions. Before starting NOCD Therapy, you should know there is hope for progress and a better way of living. The most gratifying aspect of my job is helping my members engage in life with more joy, purpose, and self-compassion. My other areas of focus include the treatment of trauma and mood disorders. I focus on trauma treatment because I believe it's the core of many mental health problems.
