I have OCD myself, and it's very much under control now. I have been where you are, and I can tell you that OCD therapy won't always be easy, but it will always be worth it. You hold the power to healing in your own hands. I love helping people fight back against OCD and realize their own strengths. My other areas of focus include ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) and DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy). I believe people heal best when they focus on the things they have control over.
