My experience with treating OCD:

I’ve been helping people overcome mental health challenges for over 15 years, and now I’ve received specialized training to treat OCD. I’ve learned to use evidence-based therapy to treat everything from anxiety and PTSD to autism and early development issues. At NOCD, I’ll use Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) therapy. ERP is a unique approach to treating OCD, proven to get results. I think you’ll find our sessions incredibly valuable and life-changing.

About Me

I’m a proud military spouse that has moved often, allowing me the opportunity to help and learn from many members of the military. Over the years, I’ve also held a private practice and worked in outpatient clinics. I’ve always been the person that people opened up to and trusted with their problems. Now, I can use ERP to safely guide you towards your goals and get the joy back into your life. It’s important that I describe what you’re going through so you can be empowered. You’ll find a non-judgemental space to work in, as I encourage you through the tough parts of treatment. But it’s important to remember that your OCD thoughts are just thoughts and not a reflection of who you are. I’m here to listen and learn about you, so you can overcome your OCD.
