I’m going on 10 years treating people for OCD, anxiety, trauma, and depression. Before coming onboard with NOCD, I provided treatment through telehealth services, private practice, and clinical settings. I’m very comfortable providing care on a live, 1-1 video call, which allows you to choose the most comfortable location for yourself. I use Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) therapy during sessions, which is very effective in treating OCD, even when we’re far apart.
I value connection when it comes to building a relationship with the people I treat. Being able to connect will help you feel more comfortable as we do challenging ERP exercises during our calls. I’ll ensure that you have a non-judgemental space to work in, allowing for better communication and treatment progress. I’ve always been the person that people can talk to because I deeply empathize with whatever struggles you’re going through. In my personal life, I have several friends who have dealt with OCD to know how proper treatment can affect a person’s life. I have solutions through ERP tools that will help you get your life back. It’s my goal to get you feeling confident in being able to manage OCD on your own.
