My experience with treating OCD:

Working in the mental health field for over 10 years, I saw a significant increase in clients being diagnosed with OCD and a lack of access to proper care. I shifted gears to provide specialized OCD treatment, using Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) therapy to show people how to manage their OCD. My work is fulfilling because I get to see people succeed in getting their life back.

About Me

I participated in therapy as a child and was fortunate to see the impact of sound therapy. Sure, I have a good understanding of what it's like to be the person receiving treatment, but what you're dealing with is incredibly tough to live with. Your intrusive thoughts and compulsions may have taken time away from the things you love to do and the people you care most about, but you can learn how to treat intrusive thoughts as any other thought that requires little or no attention. You'll find me to be empathetic, very energetic, and entirely relatable. I want to know more about who you are, what your interests are. I want you to feel comfortable because eventually, you're going to have to share thoughts that make you feel uncomfortable. I'll be by your side as you discover freedom away from OCD.
