Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) therapy allows me to create positive changes in people's lives by showing them how to effectively manage their OCD. I'm here to guide you, so you can have freedom and joy without allowing OCD to control your life.
My entire career has been in service, as I’ve worked with domestic violence victims, anger management groups, and those dealing with disorders & anxiety issues. I know that you may often feel overwhelmed and stressed by unwanted thoughts, and find yourself burning through time as you fight off anxiety, and becoming exhausted because of it. I'll help you build your strength and confront your fears, using the tools provided through ERP therapy. I conduct sessions with a person-centered approach, while accepting you as you are. OCD is a behavior, and I will address that fact with empathy. I ask reflective questions and listen to your story, providing you with a comfortable space.
