I want to see people reach their full potential, and if OCD stands in your way, working with me on Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) therapy can help because it’s proven to treat OCD. I’ve been practicing as a licensed therapist since 1999, having earned a Doctorate Degree in Clinical Psychology. I combine that with advanced training in ERP therapy to treat people with OCD.
OCD can feel like you may never have your joy back. Intrusive thoughts are persistent, attacking you daily. You engage in new habits to help relieve the stress, only for the anxiety to return. It feels like a never-ending cycle of thoughts you never want to have again, but you have no way of blocking them. You shouldn’t have to live this way. Warm, honest, and supportive: That’s how members describe me as a therapist. When you share your OCD experiences, however scary and intimate, I remain calm and quiet. That allows me to help you move beyond your intrusive thoughts so you can be more in control of your life. I’m motivated to help you reap the most out of your work and relationships, and to live life to the fullest.

I am really impressed and honored that you are taking this first step to get help and to get support. It is a very difficult moment for anybody to step forward and to be vulnerable in order to get the help they need.
