I truly enjoy helping people understand themselves through Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) therapy, and how that relates to the hold OCD has on them. I’m grateful to be part of the process that helps people gain control of their lives. I’ve been a licensed therapist since 2017. I have an M.A. in Psychology, and only use ERP therapy, because it’s the most effective OCD treatment.
