About

As convincing as they may feel, your intrusive thoughts are not who you are. I realize that intrusive thoughts can make you feel scared or ashamed, and you may be hesitant at first to share your thoughts with me. I’m comfortable listening to people share their OCD experiences. It’s my job to hear it all, and with my help, you can learn to manage OCD on your own and get your life back. I take a casual approach to treatment. I also like to educate so you can have ownership of the information that is vital to your progress. I believe in using mindfulness as a tool to help you along your journey. I’m also culturally centered, which allows me to be comfortable in centering people’s culture during sessions. I do everything I can so you can succeed in treatment and live a fully functional life.
